Natalie Posala
Natalie Posala is a graduate of the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law of Lakehead University. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Law from Carleton University, as well as a minor in Sociology and Women & Gender Studies.
Natalie first joined Falconers LLP as a law student and has worked as an Associate Lawyer since her Call to the Bar.
Natalie has previously been a contract instructor for Human Rights Law at Lakehead University; on the Board of Directors for the Thunder Bay Law Association; and, President of the Women in Law organization at Lakehead University.
Natalie’s practice interests include human rights, Indigenous law, employment, and keeping the state accountable. She is honoured to advocate for her clients, locally and throughout Ontario, and has travelled to many First Nations communities. Natalie is fluent in Polish.
