

On September 7, 1995, Dudley George was shot by the OPP at Ipperwash Provincial Park. George was unarmed. The resulting public inquiry, launched on November 12, 2003, resulted in a four volume report containing numerous recommendations. Julian Falconer and Julian Roy of Falconers LLP acted at the Inquiry on behalf of Aboriginal Legal Services of Toronto.
