Most Asked Questions

Our intake procedure is conducted by phone by our Intake Clerk. Initial inquiries can also be made by emailing us using the forms provided on this website. After the telephone consultation, the information is reviewed by our lawyers, who will determine whether or not they can take the case. Please be patient as you wait for a response, as we make every attempt to respond to all inquiries to our firm.

We can better assess your case if you provide us with the following information. However, please note that if you cannot provide this information we will still conduct an intake with you.

  1. Dates of any and all incidents/occurrences related to your matter.
  2. Chronology of events with dates and names of parties involved.
  3. List of injuries sustained or medical assistance required.
  4. If there is an existing criminal or civil matter, it is helpful for us to know the status of that matter as well as the name of current legal representatives.
