Athar Ali

Athar Ali is a Law Clerk at Falconers LLP. He graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Laws degree (BBA LL.B.) from Delhi Metropolitan Education in Delhi, India. Prior to moving to Canada, Athar practiced law with a focus on juvenile legal matters, civil property cases, and labour relations.

After coming to Canada, Athar completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources with an emphasis on labour relations law from Confederation College. He is currently working toward his Canadian legal accreditation through the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA), which forms part of his pathway to practice law in Canada.

Through his role at Falconers LLP, Athar hopes to continue developing his legal skills, gain meaningful experience, and contribute to important litigation and advocacy work. He is grateful for the opportunity to learn from experienced lawyers and grow within the Canadian legal profession.

Outside of his legal work, Athar enjoys the beautiful natural scenery of Thunder Bay and often spends his weekends hiking or playing football.
