David Schwartz earned a graduate certificate from the Centennial College paralegal program and holds a P1 (Paralegal) License to practice in Ontario. David received a B.A. (Hons) in Criminology and Criminal Justice, with a concentration in Sociology from Carleton University, and a Master’s in Criminology from the University of Ottawa.
As a student, David completed practicums with the National Crime Prevention Centre, the Civilian Review and Complaints Commission for the RCMP, and MA’AT Legal Services, earning valuable insights into the intersection of criminological, legal, and sociological concepts that influence Canadian policy and law. David is a member in good standing with both the Law Society of Ontario and the Paralegal Association of Ontario and received a designation as a notary public and commissioner of oaths.
