NAN Chiefs Spring Assembly 2018

Today, Nishnawbe Aski Nation (“NAN”) opens its Chiefs Spring Assembly in the traditional territory of Mattagami First Nation at the Senator Hotel & Conference Centre in Timmins, ON. The assembly will be held on May 8, 9 & 10, 2018. Julian Falconer will be in attendance as Falconers LLP serves as counsel to Grand Chief Fiddler and NAN.

First Nation leaders will discuss a variety of issues including, education, environmental analysis, community healing, wellness, social services, infrastructure, governance, and policy planning. The Assembly closes on May 10, 2018.
