This Wednesday, May 12th and Thursday, May 13th, the Ontario Court of Appeal (ONCA) will begin hearing the appeal of PC Michael Theriault’s conviction for his brutal assault on Dafonte Miller in December 2016. The incident, for which Theriault was convicted last June, resulted in serious injuries to Miller, including the loss of his left eye.
