Closing Submissions at First Nations Youth Inquest in Thunder Bay
Closing submissions begin next week at the Inquest into the Deaths of Seven First Nations Youth in Thunder Bay. The closing submissions will be webcast and can be viewed by clicking here. Please note that you must use either Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox to watch the inquest stream. The submissions are on five questions that go to the verdict, and the recommendations of the jury are to prevent similar deaths in the future.
Falconers LLP has represented Nishnawbe Aski Nation throughout the inquest proceedings. Lawyers Julian Falconer and Meaghan Daniel will be in attendance for the closing submissions.
