On October 29, 2021 at 12:15pm the Ontario Court of Appeal is set to hear the appeal from former Ontario Provincial Police Deputy Commissioner Brad Blair regarding alleged defamatory statements made by Premier Ford. On December 15, 2020, Justice Edward P. Belobaba of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice dismissed Brad Blair’s defamation claim pursuant to anti-SLAPP legislation.
