Yatim Family Delivers Victim Impact Statements at Forcillo Sentencing

Today, the family of Sammy Yatim delivered Victim Impact Statements at the sentencing hearing of Constable James Forcillo. Constable Forcillo was convicted of attempted murder in the shooting of Sammy Yatim on a Toronto streetcar. Falconers LLP represents Sahar Bahadi, Sammy’s mother, in her civil suit against the Toronto Police.
